Notes The Digital Dan
   (Audio - 7)

Another good Pre-GUP show from the Radio City Music hall. It's the whole show for a change. The sound is very good for an audience recording from that era. Not quite as good as the first night, but with more material and a lot less edits and cuts. A very good show with a mix of some of the soon to be recorded GUP songs. Interesting to listen to the pre-release versions of GUP songs as Alex still doesn't have the solos worked out yet. Definitely worth checking out. As with all Digital Reproductions recordings, it's only available via free trade and never for sale. Just visit the trading links section to find people that will gladly trade this recording for free.    (2001-06-24)

Ron's Rush RoIO Review

The second-to-last show of the 5-nights at Radio City Music Hall, this performance is a bit different. On this night, "Kid Gloves" was moved to later in the set, and it seems that "Freewill" was dropped entirely. It’s possible that it was just edited out of the tape for some reason, but is so, it was a very clean edit indeed. Overall, a great pre-GUP show. This is a very good audience tape. The mix is right on, and this show doesn’t need any excessive EQ to sound good. The only flaw is that the fidelity is somewhat lacking, a problem typical of audience tapes. Still, it’s a very good show, especially since the whole thing is here.   (1999-04-01)
