| Notes |
Tapers Notes:
I was situated 25 yards in front of the sound desk dead center. You can hear
me jostling for position on the intro trak. It was warm and very windy
outside and the PA stacks were suspended in air and moving around all over
the place. Therefore making this a difficult recording. Even with the bass
rolloff there is wind noise and some phasing in this recording which was
unavoidable. This is going to be difficult to mix so good luck DigitalMan :)
DigitalMan's Notes:
Thanks Gebs :) You're right, this one was a difficult mix but all good
things come with time. I spent many hours on this mix thinking I had it done
just to listen to it again & say, "No that's not right, I have to try & fix
that" At one point a friend told me "You're being too hard on yourself" "It
doesn't have to be perfect" My answer obviously being a perfectionist is "I
must be happy that I tried everything to make this as good as I can get it"
Well I believe I reached that milestone so
here it is. A special thanks to Gebs and his crew for taping it, and
Digital_Dream for the
artwork.
I hope you enjoy this release.
